Can I track my item?
You can ask your trackingnumber by mail if you haven’t received it by mail

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
You will be send an e-mail with your tracking number. This happens not automatically. So if you haven’t received one, please send us an e-mail.
Can I collect my item from your store?
Yes, in Bornem; Belgium
What courier do you use for deliveries?
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, you need to mention this at your first order
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
We recommend to give a delivery address where somebody is available during working days and hours. If there is nobody available, GLS will returns ones. Otherwise you need to pick up your parcel at the local depot.

We only accept payments by Paypall or banc transfer. No direct credit cards.

I'm new, how do I order?
Make your personal account. Place parts in your shopping card you want to order. Finish shopping simply to go to the check out, choose the method of shipping you would like and continue payment. If you are happy with the order, confirm the payment by paypal or pay by bank transfer. As soon as we received the payment, your order will be dispatched. 
How do I check if an item is in stock?
If parts are not in stock, they will be mostly mentioned on the website. To be sure, you can send an e-mail.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, only possible by e-mail or fax
You have sent me the wrong item?
Please inform us by e-mail. If we agree, You need to send the part back with return form. We will send you the correct file as soon as the part arrived.

What is HT and HS?
HT = high torque
HS = high speed
What is the difference between HT and HS engine?
The max speed is different
With a 36V battery and 25A controller 26” rim
HT = max speed 25 km/h (comform EU)
HS = max speed 40 km/h
The HT motor has more torque at low revs and is therefore more economical at low speed.
The HS motor has more torque at high speed and is more economical at high speeds.
What is the difference between front wheel and rear wheel?
Frontwheel has a hub width of 24mm. Rearwheel has a hub width of 35mm.
The rearwheel has 20% more torque
What is direct drive?
No mechanical parts in the engine. The stator drives the magnets of the hub immediately without mechanical transmission.
What is the difference between brushless and brushed?
Brushless: there are no brushes in the motor. So no wearing parts.

What is sensorless?
There are no Hall sensors present in the engine which only works with sensorless motor controllers.
There are no moisture sensitive sensors in the motor, whereby the motor is resist against humidity.
What is maintenance free?
The direct drive motor, brushless and sensorless requires no maintenance and can be used more than ten thousand times.
